Parker, Arizona provides easy access to 16 miles of Colorado River south of Lake Havasu. This beautiful stretch of river, known as the Parker Strip, is swift and often populated by boaters, river tubers, water skiers and fishermen, and home of the annual Parker Bluegrass Festival on the River.<br /> <br /> Parker, has a beautiful winter climate and, like many Arizona cities, is a winter home to many Snowbirds.
